The characteristics of the Principal Pointe Shoe Style "D" are immediately noticeable in the fit. A strong, supportive wing block and a high slightly V-shaped vamp provide for long lasting wear and security. The medium-hard shank includes an inner leather piece, which is placed proportionally to the size of the shoe to offer added support in the metatarsal. The "D" style has a tapered toe box, which aesthetically lengthens the foot en pointe. The Principal "D" Shoe comes in 3 standard widths X, XX, & XXX with A and XXXX width also available.   Principal F Style

The Principal "F" style pointe shoes features a deep wide box for the abundant foot. A medium weight shank allows getting en pointe with ease while an inner leather piece supports the foot to the ¾ mark. The "F" shoe has an average vamp height and comes in 3 standard widths: X, XX, & XXX. Extra narrow or wide can be specially ordered.   Principal J Style

The Principal Pointe shoes style "J" was designed with the importance of a performance shoe in mind. It is lightweight with a squared, flat 90-degree formed toe box to allow for easy balance and secure contact with the stage. The "J" shoe has slight wing block for support and will mold easily to the dancer's foot. For added ease, the "J" style offers a graduating ¾ shank to facilitate the breaking-in of the shoe. It is in the graduating shank that the dancer will notice the "ready to wear" comfort. For an added feature, this shoe has a grip canvas lining on the heel to ensure that your foot and Principal Pointe Shoes move as one.
